Kung-Fu for Kids and Adults

Introduction

  1. We introduce ourselves as one of the well-established Shaolin Kung-fu training organization providing quality Shaolin Kung-fu training with a proven teaching methodology since 1998 (SMAAOI registered in year 2004).
  2. Shaolin Kung-fu was developed in India and was passed on to China years back.
  3. Since then it was grown in China like its own martial arts.
  4. Today China is recognized worldwide for its knowledge and skills in Shaolin Kung-fu.

Some of the benefits accrued from training and practice of Shaolin Kung-fu and regular practice are:

  5. One of the prime benefits of Shaolin kung-fu is that the techniques taught are application to almost all style of martial Arts, which make the students eligible to participate in all the martial arts competition.

Training Programs
  1. Our Shaolin Kung-fu training includes the following components:
  2. Body warm up & Stretching.
  3. Punches & Kicks.
  4. Movements including animal styles, which are exclusive to Shaolin Kung-fu.
  5. Floor & Stunt Gymnastics.
  6. Safe & efficient use of weapons viz. sword, Chinese bo-stick, butterfly knife, nanchaku.
  7. Fights-professional & street (self- defense)
Classes
  1. Generally, we start regular classes with minimum 10 interested students. At school we see great opportunity to start a new class.
  2. Once a student is done with training he/she can go for examination.
  3. We conduct Shaolin Kung-fu examination at regular interval to prompt students to next level. Students interested in competition can take part in competition conducted at local, city, state, national and international level.
  4. We give special guidance and support to the student who participate in competition.
  5. Our Shaolin Kung-fu training session is of 2 hours and are conducted 2-3 times in a week.
  6. During various stages of training we suggest suitable diets to gain maximum benefits of training. Shaolin Kung-fu is known for its animal movements and unique martial arts skills.

For training Shaolin Kung-fu we have highly trained instructors who have quite good training experience. Most of these instructors are also students who practice Shaolin Kung-fu regularly to go to next level.

  2. Sifu Manishankar R – Grade 7 Star Master in Shaolin Kung-fu (equivalent to 7th dan black belt)
